At present, our shipping services are available exclusively within:

• Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia)
• Singapore
• Brunei

Shipping and delivery expenses are calculated according to the latest updates and rates furnished by our cooperative courier associates.

Order Processing

• We dispatch orders from Selangor, Malaysia.
• Ready stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's location using the tracking systems of the courier companies we work with. Below are the links to these tracking systems.
• Please ensure the address you have provided is correct. Parcels and non-deliverable will be sent back to 9months. In such instances, you will be charged the ‘return way’ mailing costs (as charged by the courier company), in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the order.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon the shipment of your order, an email notification containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
